Nikki is truly a people person with great communication skills. She does an excellent job at keeping all properties in tip top shape with detailed inspections. She is very hospitable and handles all of the booking check in and check out logistics. She over sees the cleanings and contractors schedules to maintain all of our Airbnbs. 

Misty is an Idaho native with lots of great connections. She is a go getter and hard worker which shows in her willingness to help out. She stays on top of each of our properties to ensure rent is paid in full and on time. She is very handy and can handle minor fixes to save property owners expensive handyman fees. Misty coordinates all work orders, showings, applications, rents, and more.
